My Vision Improvement Trails….

After a long time, I am back to adding to my blog. Recently went thru some books on Vision Improvement and was hooked to try some of th exercises to develop good vision. Currently I use corrective lenses and have a power of -2.5D with Astigmatism. In last 2 years my power has come down from -3.5, without doing any vision exercises. It must be attributed so some lessening of stress in my life considerably and also shifting to a new workplace, where something has worked without knowing What!. If my powers can reduce without doing anything, then why not try something that may work and reduce it further. So needed to try vision imporvement.

DISCLAIMER: Please remember that I am not a Doctor or connected with a medical profession. I am just trying some relaxing exercises on my own, at my own risk.

YOGA: Eye Relaxing

The first thing that is said to reduce vision problems it to relax the eye. It seems our eye is like a muscle, just like the heart. Strange!! I didn’t knew that till I read some books and website.

Here is what you need to do, it doesn’t cost you any money. Whenever you feel stressed, please try this and it will not cause any harm.

Go near the wash basin. Fill your mouth with water, so much that your cheeks are full (such as in blowing candle action). Now splash your eyelids with normal tap water (not warm/hot). Do it for atleast 3-4 times per eyelid. See how relaxed your eyes become after this. You can do this as many times you want.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art of keeping Mind-Body in harmony with nature. Originated in Asia, especially in Indian continent. It was followed by one and all during the ancient vedic and  mythological era. Unforunately, it lost significance as people started getting busy with amassing materialistic wealth and also ill-health in that process. It is on a comeback trail due to it’s various healing, curing powers.
